I take it our votes are enough to decide on purchasing the property. I'm ok with that, my only question is how will we pay for the difference? Will our dues go up $40 a year or will we pay a one time fee of $100? And finally, will we vote on that or will the board decide?

Thank you for the fast results!
So does this mean we only need (2) more homeowners votes for the change in the deed restriction for mowing? I counted 52. Last rrquirement I heard was 70% of 77 lots. Thanks!

Good Morning!
Yes that is correct 52 votes are what is needed to pass the deed restriction. I will be sending over a list of property owners to the board this morning that did not vote and they will be contacting the remaining property owners requesting their vote!

The boards first item on the list is to sign the paperwork and close at the title company. They will then look into the funding of the repairs!
